We have been working in Thailand with Karen refugees from Burma since January 2008. We operate out of Albuquerque, NM, in a undisclosed location along the Thailand / Burma border.

The Karen people are one of the many ethnic groups living inside Burma that are oppressed by soldiers and officials of the State Peace & Development Council (SPDC), Burma’s ruling military junta. For decades now they have been forced out of their own country and constantly face slavery, kidnapping, destruction of their homes, villages and crops, extortion, vandalism, torture, sexual assault and executions.

OUR MISSIONS:

Present the Gospel of Jesus Christ and provide education, relief, refuge and love to Burmese refugees.

Bring awareness to the genocide that is taking place in Burma to hopefully one day help bring about peace within the country.

“For the poor will never cease from the land; therefore I command you, saying, you shall open your hand wide to your brother, to the poor and needy in your land.”
